FUNKY FUN DAY
On Wednesday my class went to Baypark for Funky Fun Day. We went for all of the day, it was so much fun.We were all in three teams, I was in team one. All the games were cool. There was tug-a-war, floorball,soccer,basketball,relays and bowling.

Funky Fun Day was super fun because we got to play lots of sport. My favourite sport was floorball, it was lots of fun because I was good at it. It was like hockey, I really like playing it. My second favourite sport was futsal, I like futsal because you could just kick the ball around however you want. My third favourite thing that we did was tug-of-war because my group was super good at it and my group won both of the rounds. But when we got to the boys vs girls the boys lost because there were so many more girls than boys. A good sport was badminton. I like playing badminton with the balloon because you could hit them and play a lot easier than with the shuttlecocks. Another favourite thing that we did was the obstacle course. I liked doing it on my own the most because it was the easiest. You also had to do it with two or three people or all of the people in our group all holding hands. I liked bowling too because all you did was roll a ball at some standing up pins. The whole day was amazing.

Funky Fun Day.
Room 7 went to Baypark to have a funky day together. A few other schools came too.There were lots of activities to get through.There was basketball, floorball football badminton, obstacle course and bowling. I was in group 2 and my year 8 leader was Holly and she was a great support for our team.

We had a funky fun day. We did 7 epic sports. We went to Baypark to do the sports. First we got 3 seniors to help us. Ms Shilling put us in teams with a senior. My senior was Holly, she's an amazing senior because she is nice and looks after us.
The sports were soccer ,basketball, ten pin bowling, floor ball, tug-o-war, badminton and obstacle course.
The first sport we did was soccer. I was the goalie and we won!! Then we had a 15 minute break and after we did floor ball a 15 minute break again! There was a 15 minute break between each game.
I had epic fun there and am looking forward to next time.
